I was so honored my client let me pick a home for him without him even seeing it before we wrote and received an accepted offer out of 18 offers. I can’t imagine letting a real estate broker doing that for me and the fact he loved the home I picked out for him just felt so good. Education about the process is just one important element of buying a home, having your back on avoiding potential pitfalls for a smooth buying experience is another but listening to your needs about what’s important most and delivering and seeing your happiness brings me joy.
